Information you enter
The inquiry form asks for your name, email, message and optional phone and ZIP. It prepares a draft in your browser. It does not automatically send the form to MixCommerce, and this site does not save those contact fields in browser storage.
When you send an email
If you open the draft in an email app or copy it into an email service and send it, MixCommerce receives the information you include. Your chosen email provider processes that message under its own terms. Do not include payment-card details, passwords or other sensitive credentials.
How inquiry information is used
Information received by email is used to respond to your product or customer inquiry and, if agreed, discuss a quotation or order. Sending an inquiry is not a subscription to marketing email. Contact MixCommerce directly about retention or any sharing required to fulfill an agreed request.
Website operation
The hosting service may process ordinary request logs such as IP address, browser information, requested URL and time for operation and security. This new inquiry frontend does not add analytics, advertising trackers or marketing cookies. Existing separate services and external links may have their own privacy terms.
